Stop by the FCCNS Open House from 3-5pm January 22nd!
We will also be at the Cleveland Heights Library Preschool Fair from 2-4pm (the same day!). Join us for refreshments, take a tour of our facility and meet the teachers. We hope to see you there!
CLASSES
The program at Fairmount Cooperative Preschool is designed for
children 2 1/2 to 5 years of age. Three morning classes are offered
from 9:00 - 11:30am:
- Young 3's (age 3 by March 1, 2013); two to three days a week, Wednesday - Friday
- 3's & 4's (age 3 by September 30, 2012); Wednesday - Friday
- Pre-K (age 4 by September 30, 2012); Tuesday - Friday
As part of the Preschool curriculum, a Creative Movement class is offered once
a week. Taught by a professional instructor, the children use music, rhymes,
and stories to explore rhythm, movement and dance. The children learn to improve through dramatic interpretations of stories and are taught body strength and awareness.
ADMISSION
Applications are accepted all year. Registration for the following year's classes typically begins in December. If possible, applicants will be admitted immediately or will be put on a waiting list for future openings.
