Dear FCP Families,
As we move into this season of gratitude, FCP invites everyone to join us in giving back to our community through our FCP Food Drive. This is a wonderful opportunity to help those in need—and to teach our children about the importance of kindness, service, and giving thanks for what we have.
We’re supporting two local food drives for the upcoming holiday seasons, and families are welcome to donate to either (or both!):
Option 1: Re:Source
Re:Source (www.resourcecleveland.org/pantry) is an organization that Ryan and the church partner with, empowering international newcomer families to grow roots and become engaged, self-sufficient, and contributing members of their new communities.
Option 2: Cleveland Heights Community Drive
To support local food assistance, the City of Cleveland Heights is holding a food drive to collect nonperishable food items for The Heights Libraries “Community Fridge”, which provides food and household items to youth and seniors in need (see picture at the bottom).
Drop-off: Donations can be dropped off daily in Beth's office until 11:30 am on December 19th; there will be a labeled box in the office. Dan & Sarah M. will deliver the donations two times this holiday season: on November 21st and December 19th.
Together, our small acts of generosity can make a big difference. Thank you for helping us share warmth, gratitude, and care with our neighbors this season.
With appreciation,
FCP Board Members
