Hello FCP Families,
Registration for the 2026-2027 school year starts Wednesday (01/14) for current and returning families.
Membership will have a table setup to accept forms (attached) and your $100.00 registration fee payable to “Fairmount Cooperative Preschool”
We will be having our second mandatory classroom cleaning Wednesday January 21st from 6:00-PM-8:00PM.
If you cannot make the cleaning night, please reach out to Amy Ammar (Equipment@fairmountcoop.org) to make arrangements for a make-up.
Failure to attend cleaning night or a make-up assignment will result in a fine.
On Wednesday, January 28th, FCP is going on a field trip to see Billy Goats Gruff & Other Tales at 10:00 a.m. at Playhouse Square.
We will depart the FCP parking lot at 9:10 A.M.
Parents should arrange carpooling, ideally within your child’s class. The hope is that we can have 3-4 parent drivers per class. Parents should help move their child’s car seat/booster into the driver’s car.
We were only able to secure enough tickets for the teachers and one parent helper per class to attend the show. If there are additional tickets, they will be offered to carpool parent drivers on the day of the performance.
In the event that you drive but we do not have enough tickets for you to attend the show, there is a coffee shop inside the Playhouse where you can relax, work, read etc. during the 1-hour show.
All children will return back to FCP in the same car that they arrived in. We should be back right around 11:30. You may pick up your child at the regular time, or your child may stay for lunch bunch.

Wednesday, January 21: Mid-year mandatory classroom cleaning 6:00-8:00 PM
Friday, January 23: Coffee Social Hour after drop off
Friday, January 23: Two installment/Four installment tuition plan payment due
Wednesday, January 28: Billy Goats Gruff & Other Tales at Playhouse Square
Wednesday, February 4: Board meeting 7:00-9:00 pm, location TBD
Friday, February 13: Teacher Professional Development day, No School for students!
