Happy New Year! Welcome back!
Just a few quick reminders as we get 2026 going.
Cold weather reminders:
FCP follows the CHUH Schools for all weather-related school closings and we will send out an email as soon as we see that they have closed.
We will play on the playground throughout the winter, unless the temperature with the wind chill is very cold. Please make sure that your child has snow pants, winter boots, waterproof mittens/gloves, a hat and a warm coat each day. Please bring a pair of shoes as well because we do not want wet boots in the classrooms.
We will be having our second mandatory classroom cleaning Wednesday January 21st from 6:00-PM-8:00PM.
One representative from each family is required to attend.
If you cannot make the cleaning night, please reach out to Amy Ammar (Equipment@fairmountcoop.org) to make arrangements for a make-up.
Failure to attend cleaning night or a make-up assignment will result in a fine.
The school is taking a field trip to see Billy Goats Gruff & Other Tales on Wednesday January 28th.
Additional information about meeting times and transportation plans will be sent out soon.
December Lunch Bunch invoices will be sent out soon and so will tuition payments. Please be on the lookout and make your payments promptly.

Friday, February 13: Teacher Professional Development Day, No School for students!
