Weekly Update 8/25

Hello FCP Families,

A few reminders before the new school year begins.

This week's upcoming mandatory orientation is Wednesday the 27th in the dining room from 6:00-8:00PM. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:00PM so please arrive a little early to get checked in.

• Only one parent is required to attend, and we ask to leave the children at home.

• Orientation will consist of introductions of the board members and teachers, a handbook review, and committee assignments with a quick meeting with your committee chair.

• A classroom orientation with the teachers will finish up the evening. 

• FCP turtles shirts and bags will be available to purchase for $10.00 each, please bring cash for easy transactions. 

If you have any outstanding paperwork, you must bring hard copies with you to the orientation on Wednesday.

• Please do not email these documents, hard copies are required.

• Children with any outstanding forms will NOT be able to start school on Tuesday, September 2nd.  

Tuition payment #1 invoices went out last week.

• Payments were due Friday, August 22nd, failure to pay this invoice by 5:00PM today, August 25th, will result in a $50.00 fine.

• Tuesday, August 26: 3/4s class popsicle party (morning)

• Wednesday, August 27: Pre-K class popsicle party (morning)

• Wednesday, August 27: Mandatory Parent Orientation, FCP dining room 6:00 - 8:00 PM  

• Thursday, August 28: Young 3’s class popsicle party (morning)

• Tuesday, September 2: first day of school, 3/4s class and Pre-K class

• Wednesday, September 3: first day of school, Young 3’s class

• Tuesday, September 16: Lunch Bunch begins
