Hello FCP Families,


There is NO SCHOOL tomorrow, Tuesday September 23.


This week we will celebrate the color yellow!

Please help your child choose something to wear with the color yellow on Thursday. This is not meant to be stressful; any little splash of yellow will be fine.

  • Also, if you are the parent helper, try to incorporate yellow into the classroom snack.


This Saturday September 27, 11:00am-1:00PM at Horseshoe Lake Park is our annual fall Bike-A-Thon.

  • For our new families, this is just a fun little potluck get together where the kids get to ride around the park together. Bring your child’s bike, trike, scooter or anything at all they can ride on to participate.

  • If you have not signed up yet for a snack/supply, follow this LINK to get on the list.

  • For any families choosing to use the school Venmo account for donations please make sure the child’s name is mentioned in the comment section, the school’s Venmo account is @FairmountCoop1. If you are planning to bring cash or a check please have it in an envelope with the child’s name on it and can give it to our treasurer Amanda Tipping. 


Starting this week we are asking families to limit their afterschool time on the playground to better assistant the lunch bunch teachers.

  • From 11:30-12:00 we encourage anyone that wants to hang out/ socialize on the playground to please do so. Also, please keep in mind that you are responsible for your child during that time, be conscious of your child’s swing time and follow the other school rules.

  • Tuesday, September 23: No School (Rosh Hashanah)

  • Saturday, September 27: 11:00AM-1:00PM Bike-A-Thon at Horseshoe Lake Park

  • Wednesday, October 1: Board meeting, 7:00-8:00 pm, location Lee Rd Library 

  • Thursday, October 2: No School (Yom Kippur) 

  • Friday, October 10: Fellas Field Day at Horseshoe Lake, No Lunch Bunch

  • Friday, October 17: Four installment tuition plan payment due

  • Friday, October 31: Trick or Treat event, 11:00 AM at FCP, No Lunch Bunch

Hello FCP Families, Registration for the 2026-2027 school year starts Wednesday (01/14)  for current and returning families. Membership will have a table setup to accept forms (attached) and your $100
